Our Account Managers are responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls from consumers with past due obligations. We offer our consumers solutions with a focus on treating them fairly and with respect.
We are looking for candidates that are motivated by helping people through difficult situations while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Roanoke, Virginia- Monday-Wednesday 12pm-9pm, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm
St. Cloud, Minnesota- Monday-Wednesday 11:00am-8:00pm , Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Phoenix, Arizona- Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm, Thursday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm
