Process Excellence Manager

Job Description

This position includes managing projects as assigned by leadership. The project work includes but is not limited to research, solution recommendations, authoring processes and procedures and managing all aspects of project management through implementation. This position will be responsible for owning regular reporting to help manage Media Operations processes, own processes related to media ordering and fulfillment, and own tasks related to processing media through OCR technology to support multiple Media Operations initiatives. This will include identifying and executing process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Creates, cultivates and manages relationships across the organization to ensure current processes and procedures are implemented as defined. 15%

Identifies process/system shortfalls and manages the creation of fixes and enhancements. Manage projects through project plans, tracks progress, and problem solves for departmental challenges; Communicate project updates to manager in a timely manner. Create, develop and implement new strategies or processes in partnership with manager and Call Center leaders; Challenge existing processes to increase efficiency, decrease cost and facilitate communication between departments. 70%

Provides regular updates on process integrity and performance to internal and external partners (as required). 15%

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Bachelor's; Project Management; Business

Languages:

Required: English

Work Experience:

Required: 1-3 years experience in a project or process management role or equivalent education and experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office. Experience in project or process management.

Preferred: Call Center business experience. System query skills.
